About Me & How I Work
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Whether it’s struggling with anxiety and depression or feeling lost and unhappy in your relationships, such inner turmoil can make life very difficult, and sometimes it’s hard to talk about, especially to people close to you. As an experienced person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer both long and short-term counselling, centred around creating a relationship that builds trust, so you might feel safe enough to overcome your fears to talk about your issues and process what’s going on for you and your emotions. Helping you to understand yourself better can help relieve your distress and give you clarity to overcome the difficulties you are experiencing.
