About Me & How I Work
I am a chartered psychologist, an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a fully accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am currently a senior lecturer in psychology and clinical trainer where I teach cognitive behavioural therapy on various postgraduate courses that include PsychD Counselling Psychology and MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes. I also have extensive experience as a cognitive behavioural therapist in various settings including the NHS. I aim to provide a space where clients feel safe, respected, and valued so that difficulties can be explored, without judgment, either through 6-20 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy or if needed through more longer-term work.
