About Me & How I Work
I am a chartered psychologist, an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a fully accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am currently a senior lecturer in psychology and clinical trainer at Roehampton University where I teach cognitive behavioural therapy on both the PsychD Counselling Psychology and MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes. I have been working at a North London NHS Trust as a cognitive behavioural therapist since February 2013 and previously at North Lambeth Talking Therapy Service (2009-2013) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Service, Maudsley Hospital (2011-2013). I aim to provide a space where clients feel safe, respected, and valued so that difficulties can be explored, without judgment, either through 6-20 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy or if needed through more longer-term work.
